I managed this by having a laser focused Customer-Centric Approach, focusing on understanding the unique pain points from a business and personal viewpoint, then tailored a solution to address those specific needs.
I have worked with some of the best sales organisations such as Oracle, Salesforce, DocuSign, Avaya where I have used many of the sales methodologies to be "compliant" but always added my own tried and tested ingredient which has always allowed me to achieve annual goals.
Building strong, long-term relationships with customers is crucial. As Sales People we must not just focus on closing deals but on nurturing trust and rapport over time. This is what builds repeat business and referrals.
